This Red & Yellow Caturra is one of the flagship coffees produced at El Vergel. Located in the micro lot next to the washing station and surrounded by Guava trees, this is one of the most intense and fruity coffees delveloped by the estate. This lot was planted in 2016 & 2018 with a quantity of more than 40,000 plants, and it has been one of the best for experiements with processing. Processed with a unique method - consisting of a 2-step anaerobic fermentation, followed by sun drying for 15-25 days - Guava Banana showcases all the attrobutes of the variety, combined with a unique flavor from the process.
