Hugo Agreda, owner of specialty coffee farm El Maco, has been working in coffee for the past decade. Hugo changed to honey processing his coffee 3 years ago, after seeing how different neighbors were improving their income by selling their coffee as honey process specialty. Since then, he has been able to invest in his house and improve the living conditions for his family. He hopes that his two children will continue with the tradition.
